How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 6–12 months in advance for weddings and quinceañeras, and 3–6 months for birthday parties and social events. For corporate events, 2–3 months typically works well. That said, we often accommodate last-minute bookings — call us at (214) 952-4781 to check availability.
Can I bring my own vendors?
Absolutely! The Ace has a fully flexible vendor policy — you're welcome to bring your own caterers, photographers, DJs, decorators, and any other vendors with zero vendor fees. Outside vendors must be licensed, insured, and pre-approved at least 14 days before your event.

The Ace has a fully flexible vendor policy with zero vendor fees. You can bring your own caterers, food, decorators, photographers, and entertainment. This gives you complete control over your event experience and budget.
What's included in the venue rental?
All packages include: main ballroom (5,000+ sq ft), VIP Lounge, premium LED uplighting, 120" 4K LED screen, professional sound system, 4 wireless mics, 200+ free parking spaces, prep kitchen with ice machine, private changing rooms, backup power generator, and on-site security staff. Higher packages also include full décor, wait staff, GOBO lighting, fog effects, and red carpet.
What's your cancellation policy?
A non-refundable deposit secures your date. Full refund (minus deposit) if canceled at least 90 days before your event. Cancellations under 90 days are subject to additional fees. Rescheduling is available with 30+ days notice for a $100–$250 fee, subject to availability.
How many guests can the venue accommodate?
The Ace accommodates up to 250 guests for banquet seating, 250 theater-style, and 267 for standing receptions. The column-free main ballroom is 5,000 sq ft with 18–20 ft ceilings for maximum flexibility.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes! The Ace is fully ADA-compliant — accessible parking with van access, automatic doors, wide pathways, adjustable tables, accessible restrooms, assistive listening devices, and trained staff ready to assist every guest.
Does the venue have parking?
Yes — 200+ exclusive on-site parking spaces, all free of charge for your guests. Valet parking is also available for an additional fee.
What are the venue's hours?
We're open daily from 9:00 AM to 2:00 AM, seven days a week. Events can run until 2:00 AM. Early access before 9 AM is available for an additional $150–$250/hour.
